Care is super professional but gives it to you straight when you ask for her opinion. As a first-time home buyer, I was big on getting a good deal. When asked for her honest opinion, I really appreciated it when Care was willing to risk her own commission to tell me "I think you could do better than this one." She was very patient and on top of things in a market with very slim pickings. The very morning our home showed up on the market, she got us in first to see it.
