Carol really does care! My husband and I had never purchased a house before and were new to the area, so Carol had to literally hold our hand every step of the way. With her by our side we were a team and she was just as invested as we were in finding a house that fit our criteria and was a good investment. She continued to keep in touch with us throughout the years making us feel more than just valued clients, but more like family. Naturally when it was time to sell we entrusted in her once again. Being military, life caused us to move faster than our house was ready to sell. Carol went above and beyond to make sure our place was ready to sell after we left, personally overseeing all the work we had to have done, updated us every step of the way, and accommodated us all being in different locations.
